Whereas an “average” Marine under the PRO/CON system was 4.0 to 4.4, the equivalent in JEPES is a Marine who “meets expectations” and is marked 2.0 to 3.0.ģ.c. Commands will evaluate Marines in the areas of Individual Character, MOS &/or Mission Accomplishment, and Leadership utilizing a scale from 0.0 to 5.0. This will replace the Composite Score for promotions to the ranks of Corporal and Sergeant.ģ.b.
